Dhoties town offers free delivery of all our products to customers throughout India. As our Partners with only the most reputed courier companies. All orders placed will be dispatched within 3 Business days subject to availability of stock.
Standard shipping ensures that the product will be delivered within 3-5 business days to metro cities and within 6- 12 days for smaller towns and other locations.
Cancellation Policy :
An order can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care team through Contact US page by selecting the “Cancellation” option displayed in the ‘Message Subject’. Enter the order number and other necessary information related to the order in the space (Message) provided and send it to us. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.
- We look for every possible means to accommodate your cancellation request. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
- Dhoties town will cancel orders under following scenarios:
- Product is no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Non-serviceable locations
- Restriction on the quantity ordered
- Incomplete or inaccurate address
- Identified fraudulent scenarios
